Value-Added Product or Service and Regulation 1-1-11
The Value-Added Products or Services Application and Notification is required for those insurers, agencies, and producers intending to offer value-added products, services, or pilot programs in Colorado pursuant to ยง 10-3-1104, C.R.S., and Colorado Regulation 1-1-11.
Applicants will be notified by email regarding approval for pilot programs, but otherwise will only be contacted if the application or notification needs clarification or if information is missing.
If your company or agency intends to offer these programs, the excel spreadsheet below should be downloaded, fully completed and returned to the Division at dora_ins_valueaddservice@state.co.us. The FAQ is included on the first tab of the excel document. Note that a Confidentiality Index for any filings sought to be treated as confidential under the Colorado Open Records Act must be included on the appropriate tabs.
